Drawn to the invisible structures that shape
how people experience the world.
I’ve always been curious about how things work beneath the surface.
Not just technically, but socially, structurally, and behaviorally.
I’m intrigued by how people communicate, how information moves between systems, and where small breakdowns quietly introduce friction. Over time, that awareness made me someone who naturally notices patterns for ways to improve the structures around them.
_____
I began my career in cannabis retail management and wholesale operations, helping build operational systems for growing companies. My work included developing internal processes, shaping brand and communication systems, bridging collaboration between departments, and improving both team and customer experience flows.
Today my work focuses more directly on digital experiences — designing brand systems, content, and platform structures that improve how customers discover products and move between online and in-store interactions.
What excites me most is stepping back to understand how tools, workflows, and teams interact to shape everyday experiences. My strengths lie in uncovering overlooked friction, clarifying communication across platforms and teams, and designing solutions that make complex systems easier to move through.
Outside of design, you’ll usually find me shooting film on my Nikon EM, playing with my four cats, or following curiosity down rabbit holes of enneagrams, mysticism, astrology, and quantum physics. I’m fascinated by the patterns that shape how people understand themselves and the world around them — the same exploration that guides how I approach systems, experiences, and design.
